Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MERN stack Technical Lead to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of web applications from backend to frontend using the MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and Node.js).
Ø Responsibilities:
· Leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design, and implement solutions
· Developing and maintaining software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
· Ensuring the performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications
· Providing technical guidance and mentoring to the team members
· Continuously improving the development process and tools to increase productivity and quality
· Maintaining project timelines and delivering on schedule
· DevOps and Deployment: Understanding of deployment strategies and experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless computing platforms. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes would be beneficial.
Ø Requirements:
· 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of experience in MERN stack development
· Proficiency in MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and Node.js
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable web applications
· Experience with Agile methodologies and development tools such as JIRA, Git, and AWS
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues
· Experience with performance optimization, load testing, and security best practices
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
