Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to application development processes.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a MERN developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools, such as Jenkins.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficient in version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with deploying applications on AWS using services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
- Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Redux or Flux.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Mocha or Jest.
