Role Overview

As a MERN Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in building our core platform from scratch. You’ll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, React Native developers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance applications for both web and mobile.

This role is part-time initially with no fixed salary during the pre-revenue phase. Once the platform generates income, you will start receiving your agreed salary along with a guaranteed full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders to refine user experience and system functionality.

• Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with the frontend.

• Optimize application performance and ensure responsive, secure designs.

• Participate in code reviews, version control (Git/GitHub), and Agile sprint planning.

• Contribute ideas to product roadmap and technical architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the MERN stack.

• Experience with React.js hooks, Redux, or Context API.

• Solid understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend development.

• Database design and management using MongoDB.

• Knowledge of REST API architecture and integration.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.

• Basic understanding of deployment (Heroku, Railway, AWS, or similar).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in SaaS platform development.

• Familiarity with WebSockets, GraphQL, or Microservices.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

• Understanding of IoT integrations or QR-based systems.

Compensation Model

This is a pre-revenue position. Initially part-time with no fixed monthly salary, but once the product generates revenue, you will start receiving your agreed pay along with a guaranteed full-time role. Long-term contributors may also be eligible for equity or profit share
