Position : MERN Stack Developer (Software Engineer)
Education : Graduate in Computer science, relevant technical certification is also acceptable.
Experience : 02 – 04 Years experience specifically in web application software development.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with 2 to 4 years of professional experience in developing applications for web application software development. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions for Web systems and IoT ecosystems, leveraging the power and versatility of the MERN Stack programming language. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop web application projects. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of web systems development, proficiency in JavaScript programming and in deployment practices, including Docker, is a plus.
Skills
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js, with a focus on web application software development.
• React component development using function.
• Experience with database technologies, preferably MongoDB.

• Optimize application performance, both front-end and back-end, for speed and scalability.
• Implement and maintain deployment processes, possibly using Docker for containerization.
QMS Responsibilities
• To participate meaningfully in Internal and third-party Audits of Implemented Management System Standards.
• To contribute to the organization Knowledge inventory documents.
• To participate in finalising management review inputs to be given to QMS coordinator/MR.
• To control, correct, find out root cause and take corrective actions on non-Conformity and its consequence and customer complaints.
• To be aware of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
