Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
4. Work closely with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
5. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the web applications.
6. Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
7. Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in MERN stack development.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Strong understanding of RESTful web services and API development.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks such as Redux, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
