We are looking for a highly experienced MES Architect to lead the requirements, design, and development of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tailored for the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Drive the technical direction, architecture, and high-level design for SmartFactory MES solutions for EMS.
✔️ Identify High-Value Problems (HVPs) to build impactful solutions for the EMS sector.
✔️ Evaluate CIM applications (E3, SPC, FD, MM) for integration within EMS manufacturing.
✔️ Develop long-term MES strategy aligned with future EMS industry trends.
✔️ Guide Proof of Concept (POC) development and ensure beta success with the initial customer.
✔️ Mentor and train product teams on EMS manufacturing and CIM requirements.
✔️ Evaluate and redesign current CIM solutions to meet EMS industry needs.
✔️ Work closely with Engineering teams to define detailed technical architecture.
✔️ Engage with customers and conduct on-site solution alignment sessions.
✅ Key Qualifications:
✔️ 20+ years of solution architect-level experience.
✔️ 10+ years of MES experience specifically in the EMS industry.
✔️ Strong understanding of MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Critical Manufacturing, Rockwell MES, etc.
✔️ Proven expertise in ERP integration and CIM application alignment.
✔️ Excellent mentoring, training, and leadership skills.
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication with expertise in documentation and stakeholder presentations.
✔️ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
