If you are a Software professional and looking for career opportunity, Emerson has an exciting offer to you! The MES Software Lead Engineer would lead the software development and configuration in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
• Lead the detail design, implementation, test of MES solution for MES projects based on Emerson MES platform- Syncade as per standard methodologies.
• Lead, design, implement, and test a full stack of Syncade MES technologies (using , C, MVC, SQL, VB Script and on Lifesciences Projects.
• Engage with the project collaborators, customer / users, conduct workshops to gather and analyze requirements, define functional requirements, and review software solutions.
• Work with Solution Architects / SMEs to ensure that functional Design and development aligns with User requirements, Solution and guidelines and standards.
• Develop Webpart, Batch Reports and Integration with L, L and L systems ( ERP integrations- Oracle EBS, SAP, LIMS, CMMS etc)
• Create and maintain required documentation for the project execution.
• Proactively manage communications within team.
• Plan and organize the work of a project team and report progress status.
• Identify, support to manage the risk and ensures prompt resolution of issues and removing roadblocks.

For This Role, You Will Need :
• Minimum years of demonstrable experience in the software development.
• Full-life cycle implementation acting in key Functional roles such Lead of an IT project. Experience in agile methodologies and JIRA / Azure etc.
• Ability to lead team.
• Skills- C, WCF, , MVC, jQuery, JavaScript , CSS,
• Web Services response and requests
• XML( Xpaths ), UML XSLT,
• Database : MS SQL Server
• Tools : Visual Studio, VB editor, SQL profiler, SOAP UI tool, Project tracking tools- TFS / Jira etc
• Ability to learn new concepts and approaches.
• Persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.
• Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
• Possess strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :
• Bachelor of Engineering Computers / Electronics / Instrumentation from a reputed university.
• MSC Computers from reputed university or Master’s or equivalent experience in Computer Applications (MCA).
• years of proven work experience and having worked as Software developer with experience as Software Lead.
• Experience in MES (Syncade / Werum PASX / Rockwell Pharma Suite / Opcenter / Camstar, etc.), Life Sciences industry is a plus but not required.
• Able to travel in India at customer sites and Globally as needed.
