Position: Meta Ads Expert (Facebook/Instagram Performance Marketer)
Experience: 1–2 Years (D2C Brand Experience Mandatory)

About the Role
We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who has hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram ads for D2C brands. The candidate should be confident in handling campaigns end-to-end including strategy, targeting, creatives coordination, scaling, reporting, and ROAS optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) for D2C brands.
• Manage full-funnel campaigns: Awareness, Traffic, Leads, Conversions, Retargeting.
• Create and manage campaign structure (TOF, MOF, BOF strategy).
• Work on product-based ads, catalog ads, dynamic retargeting & conversion campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages.
• Coordinate with creative team for ad creatives, UGC videos, reels, and banners.
• Daily monitoring of campaign performance and budget utilization.
• Track and improve pixel events, custom conversions, and audience creation.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure proper implementation of Meta Pixel, Conversion API basics, and event tracking.
• Analyze competitor ads and market trends to improve performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of proven experience in running Meta Ads for D2C brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of pixel setup, event tracking, retargeting & lookalike audiences.
• Experience in scaling campaigns and maintaining stable ROAS.
• Good understanding of Shopify / D2C funnel and customer journey.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize based on performance.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics is a plus.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Worked with Shopify / D2C brands (Fashion, Beauty, Skincare, Accessories, Food, etc.)
• Comfortable managing multiple brands/campaigns at once.
• Strong creative testing mindset (UGC + reels + static).
• Candidate who can work independently and take ownership of results.
