We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketer with deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role involves leading a team, managing campaigns, working closely with clients, and ensuring powerful creative execution that drives ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Strategy
• Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor budgets, analyze data, and scale campaigns for performance
Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of junior performance marketers and interns
• Set weekly goals, review performance, and ensure task execution aligns with strategy
Client Communication
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Share regular updates, performance reports, and strategic insights
Creative & Content Collaboration
• Work closely with creative strategists and designers to ensure trendy and impactful ad creatives
• Suggest ideas for reels, visuals, and content that boost CTR and engagement
Marketing Trends & Tools
• Stay updated with latest ad platform changes, audience behavior trends, and automation tools
• Run A/B tests and implement learnings across campaigns
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
✅ Proven track record of high-ROI paid campaigns
✅ Excellent team management and leadership skills
✅ Client-facing communication ability (verbal and written)
✅ Deep knowledge of Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and industry tools
✅ Must be available to work onsite from our Jaipur office
