Code to Couture is a fashion-tech company driving growth for designers and D2C brands through performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and digital storytelling. We blend creativity with strategy to scale fashion online—and we’re looking for a Google Ads expert to help us do just that.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a Meta Ads Associate who has hands-on experience in running and optimizing performance campaigns for fashion or lifestyle brands. If you're data-driven, results-focused, and excited about building fashion-led digital campaigns—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and manage Google Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and lead quality
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Coordinate with design/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Monitor budgets, bid strategies, A/B tests, and campaign health
• Track and report on KPIs using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Data Studio
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry benchmarks, and fashion retail trends
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video)
• Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CTR, and conversion optimization
• Experience working with fashion/e-commerce or D2C brands preferred
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center
• Ability to translate numbers into strategy
• Strong attention to detail and a growth mindset
Bonus if you:
• Have worked on fashion campaigns with influencer-driven traffic
• Understand Shopify, WooCommerce, or landing page funnel integrations
• Know how to use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Trends for ad insights
