Position - Metadata Coordinator
Location - Delhi ( Onsite )

Aeroplay Entertainment is a boutique Content Service Provider (CSP) delivering highest quality content from around the world across industries & platforms Aviation, Cruises, and Transport (Trains, Buses, and Cabs). We create, source, license and curate content all tailored to passenger demographics.
Essential Duties/Major Accountabilities:
Metadata Coordinator will be expected to have a range of responsibilities across a variety of tasks and activities. The precise mix and balance of tasks/responsibilities will vary from executive to executive depending on the teams supported and client requirements. Key tasks would be maintaining entries in databases, managing and uploading metadata manually using support of limited tools (if any) and general content management using Microsoft Office applications.
· Serve as primary point of contact to client for metadata projects
· Advance Excel knowledge required.
· Proactively involve in assigned project(s) by capturing & documenting all the project requirements.
· Input of Metadata online Content Management Systems
· Video/Audiofilenamecreation(integrationspec)andsupplytointernalandexternalteams
· Metadata Management(data entry/manipulation/validation)
· Image processing using Photoshop(crop/resize/color mode /file format)
· Input of metadata to online Content Management Systems
· Structure/arrangement of GUI via Content Management Systems including disclaimer /advertisement/promo placement
· Handling Microsoft Excel documents –status sheets /CTRs/Program Grids /Master Grids
· Quality Control of all published data
· Data capture &analysis
· Create and maintain documentation of local metadata standard procedures and application guidelines along with process documentation.
· Ability to work independently, as well as team member and across organizational boundaries in a fast-paced environment
· Flexibility to be organized, productive, and effective in a dynamic environment, while participating in variety of simultaneous projects
· Root-cause analysis for projects handled
Minimum required Knowledge & Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative/co-ordination role
Experience in using MSOffice package specially Microsoft,Excel and Word
Ability to provide error freework-out put in a fast-paced, deadline-drive environment
Ability to build long term internal working relationships
Basic technical understanding of digital video and encoding file formats
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
High level of computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new technology and software
Ability to response quickly and constructively in order to troubleshoot problems
