Job Description
Ø MASTER DATA- Agreement Between the business partner & the utility company a contact applies to one division.
Ø Scheduling- Prepare schedule in SAP by portion wise mentioning date on which billing is due for respective connections.
Ø Order Creation- Includes work on those bills in which special bill/ reading by consumer then create order /Date for bill.
Ø Reading Entry- Punch reading in SAP for billing open various T- Codes
Ø Implausible upload- Due to consumption Low/ High sometimes bill not create in SAP for corrective action need reading implausible to plausible after site report.
Ø Hands on Training – Provide various training of SAP / Reading entry / Order creation / Upload implausible to plausible reading/ T-codes pertain to RMO section etc to new inductors as & when.
Responsibilities
Ø Current assignment involves monitoring the centralized planning, organizing, directing and coordination for billing & related activities for all 1.80 LAC consumers in District of Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd.
Ø Revenue generation to bring maximum consumers in billing net.
Ø Liaison with various external agencies for effective co-ordination namely – G4 for consistent compliance of after billing follow up.
Ø Regular analysis of not billed, Reading correction, bill generation, Error Log, Follow up available cases, doubtful meter Reading/high consumption cases, meter change cases and identifying correct meter faulty cases.
Ø Releasing/Billing those case which were stopped at the time of billing due to any reason such as OK,PL,NM,DC, NR, HC and ensuring that all the bills should be billed on the correct reading inclusive of reconciliation process.
Ø Resolving the cases stopped by Billing Quality Group and also communicating with all the meter reading agencies in respect various follow up sent to them regarding reading confirmation.
Ø Effective participation in activities such as Ethics, meetings, TBEM etc.
Ø Consumer interaction to address the various consumer forums & RWAs/IWAs.
Qualifications
F M. B. A ( PGDM ) HR ( AIMA )
F Bachelor Degree in Arts
F Passed 12th from CBSE BOARD.
F Passed 10th
