Job description
Imagen Technologies is a physician-led, AI-enabled radiology practice seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiologists to join our fully remote team. This role offers the opportunity to interpret a broad range of imaging studies while working from anywhere in the United States. We are focused on delivering high-quality, efficient diagnostic care supported by advanced technology, strong operational infrastructure, and a collaborative physician culture. This position is ideal for radiologists seeking strong earning potential, schedule flexibility, and a streamlined remote workflow supported by AI-integrated PACS and 24/7 operational support.

Responsibilities
• Interpret a wide variety of diagnostic imaging studies in a fully remote teleradiology setting
• Provide timely, accurate reads across hospital, imaging center, and outpatient workflows
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams as needed to ensure high-quality patient care
• Utilize AI-enhanced PACS tools to support efficiency and diagnostic accuracy
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and turnaround time expectations
Schedule & Shift Options
• 7 on / 7 off rotating schedule (approximately 26 working weeks per year)
• Optional additional shifts available to increase income potential
• Shift Options:
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive productivity-based compensation with total earnings ranging from $450,000 - $950,000 annually
• Up to Sign-on and retention bonuses up to $100,000

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (ABR or AOBR)
• Fellowship training preferred but not required
• Proficiency in multiple imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray
• Strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality patient care

The pay range for this position is $400-$950K. Please note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as productivity, qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Purpose Of Position
