Responsibilities:
Job Description:
• Subject matter expert with sound knowledge of organization and Industry best practices.
• Assessment for Technical issues and would be required Lead/Identify/develop the solutions and drive it towards resolution.
• Solve complex problems, balancing analytical and empirical problem-solving techniques.
• Would also have to ensure the success of third-party engagement with respect to Technical/Process aspects.
• Identifies and schedules projects and tasks required to accomplish key milestones to provide on-time delivery. Manages Critical Path to ensure project success.
• Able to drive cross functional projects across various teams. Also ensures seamless collaboration between various geographically dispersed teams.
• Mentor/Coach/guide/help team members for Technical/Process related issues.
• Specialized knowledge & Skill with breadth & depth of function.
• Self-dependent in development and maintenance of CSM infrastructure.
• Engage with Application engineering, IT, Third Party vendors to support CSM environment and for all issues/improvements/enhancements.
• Technical representative in engineering forums as required.
• Leads the design/ delivery of new product/ process/ service technology advancements.
Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
• Strong fundamentals of Electronic Engineering.
• Subject Matter expert in commodity knowledge, manufacturing process/guidelines
• In depth knowledge of Keysight CSM environment.
• In depth knowledge of all the processes in Life Cycle & Environmental Regulations.
• Knowledge of Data/Process flow through ERP systems.
• Basic Knowledge on PLM/PLM queries is desirable.
• Should be an expert in Excel/Access for Data Management/Analysis.
• Knowledge of industry trends and developments in this area. Good knowhow of IPC/JEDEC standards is desired.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on Project management
• Position requires flexibility, creativity, subject matter expertise & superior communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across geographically diverse teams.
• High initiative, self-starting individual
• Excellent judgment and 'people' skills with demonstrated ability to make sound decisions with incomplete or imperfect data to achieve quick but well-thought-out results
• Be a Self-starter with a zeal for best of breed processes and tools for bringing in more efficiency in execution & delivery
• Able to drive Projects driving effecincy with his/her knowledge as subject matter Expert, product owner & Technologies leverages
