Roles and Responsibility
• The role holder is responsible for designing solutions in SAP Ariba & ( S4HANA, Cloud Integration gateway & Ariba business network ) creating functional/technical specifications, and perform unit/integration tests based on business requirements. The role holder is responsible for ensuring that the configuration/code developed is optimally configured/coded and has all the required components based on the specifications/requirements.

Analysis, Design and Planning
• Drives the design and creation of functional and technical specifications from business requirements. Analyse the impacts of vendor-provided updates and upgrades to the system.
• Engage and manage external vendors, where required.

Configuration/Coding
• Configure SAP Ariba Process Templates (including forms and questionnaires) for Source-To-Contract,R2P/S2P& Supplier Lifecycle and Performance modules.
• Configure SAP Ariba Guided Buying tiles/layout.
• Configure approval workflows based on business rules.
• Configure fields and available enumerations.
• Data Management - Extract, update, validate, and import CSV files using SAP Ariba UI Import and Export tool.
• User Management – Assign Users to User Groups
• Maintain User Groups to SAP Ariba Standard Group Mappings
• Maintain SAP Ariba System Parameters
• Maintain SAP Ariba Reports.
• Monitor Data Integrations.
• Cloud Ariba Skills, R2P,S2C,SLP,Supplier Risk
• Prior experience in configuring & testing R2P module
• Ariba User Administration via User Groups, Profiles
• S2C Template modification using Cloud UI
• SLP Template modifications experience
• SLP custom survey forms creation experience
• Team Member File creation & modification experience
• Experience in creating conditions and linking the conditions of various types
• Creation question conditions and linking to Task/Document & Clause conditions
• Contract assembly document creation experience with conditional clauses
• Master data updating using data export and import manager
• Able to create various types of documents like Event/Survey/Form and link with conditions
• Able to create SM modular questionnaire
• Able to create registration questionnaires and conditions
• Mass data update experience in updating S2C data
• Legacy contract data upload and support for the same
• GB eForms & Landing page customization experience
• Prior experience in configuring & testing Supplier Risk module
• Prior experience in configuring & testing Supplier Performance Management module
• Ability to adapt to cloud application
• Monitor Data Integrations.

Code development:
• Develop code for complex modules, as per the Technical Specifications. Identify reusable components in the system to optimise development.
• Ensure that technical development adheres to the Bank's standards, technical specifications / solution design and is continually tested throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure comprehensive documentation is produced of the technical design, code developed and functionality, and the code is explained to the wider team to ensure there are proper integrations.
• Code review: Review all of the components / test each line of code developed by other Developers to ensure there aren't any bugs or gaps vs. requirements, and to test for possible positive/negative scenarios (to ensure there are no defect leakages to the next phase). Provide feedback based on the review. Ensure that automated code review tools are used to perform code reviews wherever applicable.

Testing
• Unit test preparation: Identify the modules to be tested. Prepare and review the unit test conditions and the unit test cases (based on the conditions). Baseline the unit test conditions and cases, and update the Traceability Matrix.
• Unit test execution: Perform unit testing. Fix defects (if any), perform re-tests and log the results. Review the unit test logs and baseline the tested code.
• Ensure that all the necessary tests (e.g. unit test and systems test) are conducted to meet entry criteria to start system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). Based on SIT, UAT and other relevant test results, ensure that defect resolution and delivery of fixes to the test environment are implemented in a timely manner.
• Engage with other parties to ensure that they perform the relevant tests e.g. operational acceptance testing (OAT), security acceptance testing (SAT) and performance testing (PT), to enable production deployment.
• Ensure that newly developed modules have no regression impact, to prevent negative impact to production.
• Ensure technical development is delivered to the agreed schedule, scope, cost and quality, and meets business requirements. Accurately depict risks, issues and dependencies, and pro-actively manage dependant teams to avoid slippages.

Implementation and BAU
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other teams involved with testing, deploying and maintaining environment applications, infrastructure and releases.
• Ensure that issues which surface during implementation and service readiness assurance / transition to service are resolved in a timely manner.
• Make changes to configuration items, as assessed / approved.

• Knowledge of and experience using test automation tools and Jira and DevOps framework tools.
• Knowledge and / or experience of using Clarity preferable.
• Market Knowledge: awareness and understanding of technology trends.
• Governance, Oversight and Controls: Proven ability to prioritise an extensive and complex set of issues and manage the development for a number of complex, large scale programmes within a large, rapidly changing environment. Hold a strong understanding of the operational environment, processes and controls needed to deliver business requirements. Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Risk Management and Control: proven ability to identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks.
• Takes ownership to deliver, with a high level of flexibility and a preparedness to 'roll up candidate sleeves' when necessary to get the job done.
• Results-driven, with a proven ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Good influencing and communication skills – oral, written and presentation.
