Responsibilities: Proactively track major releases, hotfix patches, and customer issues to identify knowledge needs, plan, and deliver accordingly. Delegate the tasks to team members, stakeholders (training, field enablement, etc), and ensure that execution happens on time for the releases. Collaborate with stakeholders such as Developers, QA, Support, and PLM to continuously improve knowledge quality. Define and set quality metrics for content deliverables. Monitor the knowledge deliverables and ensure that the end user experience is consistent and within the defined quality metrics. Collaborate with WebDev and DevOps for knowledge hub features and CI/CD. Work with leadership to align with goals, and execute towards achieving those objectives. Automate manual tasks and processes to improve eQiciency and reduce errors. Required Qualifications: Various Knowledge Management Systems/Frameworks Information Architecture Authoring Tools such as Oxygen, Framemaker, MadCap Flare with expertise in XML and Markdown. Swagger and API Documentation Experience in DITA, GitLab, GitHub along with exposue to DTD, CSS, XSLT, etc. Release and Software LifeCycle Management Basic understanding of Networking, Static Websites, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Desirable/Bonus Qualifications: Understanding of following: Next.js, Hugo with understanding of HTML5 and MDX Python, Shell Scripting, and Go Language with exposure to AI/ML UI/UX concepts and writing for GUI Language Localization, SEO Bonus: experience with Descript, Cloud Cannon, Writer.com, Lokalise, automation tools and scripting languages The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
