We are expanding our customer training team in Pune (India) by onboarding passionate and like-minded mentors into our team
Since eQ caters to exclusive clients worldwide, you need to have excellent technical and communication skills along with a zest to adapt to newer technologies and address real life solutions required by customer.The person will be responsible for:Conduct effective trainings of customers -Our customers are based in USA, UK, and Europe.We offer remote as well in-person trainings to our customers and partners.Remote trainings are organized as half day (4 hour) sessions to balance the time-zone difference between the customer and the trainer.For conducting in-person trainings, you may have to travel to the customer locations.Proactively learn the eQ products and usage of eQ products with various applications in domains like PLM, ERP, ALM etc.Provide guidance to customers to design solutions using eQ productsConduct certification and evaluation of participantsPlan an effective training curriculum and guide the training content team to create training tracksReview the exercises for training use casesTo join our innovative team, you need:6 to 8 years of total experience -Experienced in JAVA programming and knowledge of web-based technology is required.Experienced on Teamcenter and / or other PLM applications – knowledge of object model and usage of these applications in various industries.Familiar with data integration and data migration needs in the industryNice to have experience in conducting trainings of web-based products
