Job Title: MI Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Description
As part of Outside Counsel Management (OCM) Analytics Team, oversee and coordinate projects to support global, cross business and regulatory processes within Deutsche Bank. Interface with a variety of stakeholders including but not limited to Business, Tax, Legal, Finance, Risk Management and Legal Vendors.

Your key responsibilities
• Apply understanding of the process and the system functionality within OCM to identify key process efficiencies and resource economies of scale, and make recommendations for application enhancements to support more effective processes
• Preparation of the performance reports as per the specification within the timeline with 100% accuracy
• Follow-up, escalate delays in receiving the data or approval from the business lines
• Manage the mapping products as a SME and answer queries raised by the business individuals
• Interact with various individuals within Legal and Business teams to prepare business process documents, key operating procedures and to evaluate opportunities for process changes
• Interact with Legal and Group Technology to evaluate and recommend facilitated operational processes and system upgrades
• Liaise with technical teams to identify any technical issues and address the issue with appropriate timelines
• Prepare detailed MIS showing process statistics and legal spend analysis on high-risk litigations
• Deliver training on existing and new technology platforms to Legal and Business users and to outside vendors
• Analyze and present monthly data on legal engagements, spend etc.
• Additional responsibilities as required by the position
Your skills and experience
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant Reporting/MIS experience in the industry
• Strong Attention to Details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong MS Access and Advanced Excel Skills required
• Experience of Tableau, Business Object would be an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task and ability to prepare agendas and direct meetings
• Ability to prepare and deliver training documentation and ability to coordinate
• User Acceptance testing, including tracking of issues and reporting back to Group Technology
• Experience in budgeting and tracking expenses on all facets of a litigation matter
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience with system implementations and data migration
