Role Overview
The position of Head MICE EVENTS will be based in Bangalore.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Strategically plan and execute initiatives to boost both revenue and profitability across MICE and other organizational services.
• Identify and pursue high-value corporate clients, partnerships, and expansion opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, operations, and execution of large-scale MICE events ensuring alignment with client goals and profitability metrics.
• Ensure effective cost control, vendor negotiations, and resource optimization to meet profit targets.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and operations team aligned to growth objectives.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key clients to maximize repeat business and long-term contracts.
• Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity to innovate offerings and drive differentiated value in the MICE space.
• Work closely with marketing, finance, creative, and logistics teams to deliver seamless, high-impact event experiences.
• Leverage analytics and reporting to track KPIs, optimize performance, and inform strategic direction.
• Represent the brand at industry forums, networking events, and client meetings to strengthen visibility and authority in the MICE sector.
Prerequisite
Candidates should possess a graduate degree. Well versed in managing MICE events.
