We specialize in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), holiday packages, international trade fair tours and study tours. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a highly driven MICE - Sales Head to spearhead client acquisition and build strong regional networks.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue goals and manage sales processes effectively.
• Proficient in Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and develop competitive strategies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in the MICE industry and professional connections within the field are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in MICE or corporate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate accounts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
