Identifying new corporates / increasing wallet share in existing relationships
Responsible for bringing new MICE business - RFP, Sales and Negotiation, Deal Closing and Execution including travelling with groups
Planning, managing and organising the Group / MICE movements
Maintaining supplier relations, new vendor acquisitions / contracting, etc.
New Product Development / Destination Promotion for MICE Sales
Ideal candidate should have minimum 4-5 yrs experience in MICE sales in a reputed travel company and deal closing capabilities with proven past track record to acquire new to business customers for the company
Salary :: Depending on candidate experience and profile - plus incentives/performance linked bonus depending on candidate profile
