Job Description
Microbiologist - Process Incharge @ Otsuka Pharma, Ahmedabad
To ensure a clean environment for sterile preparation by implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) norms as per international standards and guidelines.
To sample water for injection, double reverse osmosis, single reverse osmosis, raw water and pure steam.
To analyze water samples for pH, conductivity, bacterial endotoxin test bioburden, total organic carbon pathogens chlorides hardness silt density index and other testing as required.
To analyze the samples of water system after maintenance work.
To observe and record the results of microbiological plates and test tubes after analysis as well as supervise discarding method of same.
