• Experience working as part of a team to implement, configure, integrate and maintain internal and client Monitoring and Automation tools.
• Deep knowledge of cloud services, operating systems and network infrastructure
• The ability to consult with various teams and clients on the capabilities of the tools, and actively work to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Demonstratable experience in identification, implementation and benefit realisation of continuous improvement opportunities
