• Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements upgrades
• Skilled with knowledge transfers handoffs (e.g., support transition knowledge)
• Ability to support troubleshoot complex integrations and data
Requirements:
Five (5)+ years of experience in D365 F&O Application Support
• Knowledge on Project Management or Ticketing System (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective multitasker who can work on a variety of competing tasks at the same time
