• Key Responsibilities : ???Hands on in performing the basic business processes in D365 for Order to cash, procure to pay and record to report etc. Exposure in Dynamics 365, Power BI and the LCS feature like BPM will be an added advantage???Should be able to handle L1 support tickets.??? Should be able to perform functional testing based on the use cases and document test scripts???Understand and demonstrate the requirements and solutions
• Technical Experience : ???Able to execute and handle basic of E2E process like Order to Cash,Procure to Pay or Retail process???SupplyChain,Retail,Manufacturing master data setups and configs???Exposure to LCS BPM,Azure DevOps will be added benefit???To demonstrate Customer Focus,active listening and consultative approach ???Support in Regression Testing using RSAT Tool and SITs???Dynamics Associate MB300,MB320,MB330 certifications???Willing to adapt and learn new technologies in D365 space
• Professional Attributes : ???Atleast 2.5 years of overall and 2 years of relevant experience???Good team player???Understand and demonstrate requirements and solutions???Learn new areas modules depending on requirements???Demonstrate proficient written and oral communication skills
