As a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer in Enterprise platforms, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two components – Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution is about aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, focuses on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area. This dual structure enables us to scale agile practices efficiently while maintaining a focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement.

As a Power Platform Engineer, you will design, develop, deploy, and monitor Microsoft Power Automate/Power Apps solutions for our organization. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps. You will create new applications using Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint as well as help delivery teams and users. You will use your knowledge, expertise to stay ahead in evolving Microsoft tool ecosystem. You will provide technical support for Power Automate/Power Apps/SharePoint, and resolve issues with external agencies and teams, business users and software vendors. You’ll also monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. The evolving use and future opportunities bring a lot of variety in your day-to-day job.

This position is hybrid and is based in Bangalore, India. Responsibilities
• Supporting Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
• Creating and configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, flows, and web parts. Developing custom forms and templates.
• Developing custom SharePoint and Power Automate solutions and integrating with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems. Developing custom Azure function and Azure Logic App workflows for SharePoint sites as per business requirements.
• Providing technical support for custom/citizen-led development in Power Automate/Power Apps.
• Increasing tools’ adoption through conducting training sessions.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor performance of applications, simplify administrative activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure the applications are secure, compliant, and projects adhere to SLC best practices, including managing identity and access and securing data. Generate and maintain related documentation as needed.
• Data Reporting: work with related reporting platforms to summarize data maintained in the system.
• Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.
• Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities.
• Reporting: Regularly report on system use to your Capability Lead, VT captain, and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science
• 3+ years of demonstrated engineering experience (development and configuration in a SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages).
• Demonstrated experience of training others in new features and tools.
• Proficiency in SharePoint development, .NET, Azure tools, Visual Studio Code. Knowledge of CSS, HTML 5, and UI/UX design principles.
• Working knowledge of most of the following: Web parts, User Store, Workflows, Master pages as well as Business Connectivity Services, Page Layouts, Nintex forms & workflows.
• Scripting skills with PowerShell, JavaScript code or Python
• Exposure to jQuery. Understanding or relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps ways of working. Experience in using Azure DevOps for continuous integration, continuous delivery, pipelines, and version control.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, security teams, business users, software vendors, and other external agencies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Investigate and resolve issues related to the application, infrastructure, or deployment pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes.

• Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate certifications
