We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary leader to join our team as the Microsoft Practice Lead / Presales Lead. In this leadership role, you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. You will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data pipelines and storage solutions while
ensuring the seamless integration of Microsoft technologies across projects. As the Lead for the Microsoft practice, you will work closely with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to transform large datasets into actionable insights, scale cloud-based data solutions, and effectively manage the team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement data pipelines using Microsoft Data factory and Synapse.
• Build and optimize cloud-based data solutions to manage and process large datasets.
• Work with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and other Azure services.
• Develop data models, reports, and dashboards to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Perform data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data engineering and cloud technologies.
• Work directly with potential clients, understanding their business and technical requirements to propose Microsoft Fabric-based solutions that address their challenges.
• Design and architect data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including data pipelines, data lakes, and analytics platforms, based on client needs.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations to clients, showcasing Microsoft Fabric capabilities in areas such as data engineering, data science, analytics.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer expectations and Microsoft Fabric best practices.
• Lead the creation of POCs, showcasing the power of Microsoft Fabric to solve client-specific challenges in data management and analytics.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers to showcase how Microsoft Fabric can be effectively utilized within their organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or other cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data architecture.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data processing languages.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools.
• Certification in Microsoft Azure or related cloud certifications.
