Key Responsibilities : A: Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution relating to current applications B: Promote service improvements on an ongoing basis to continually improve the quality of services delivered and customer satisfaction C: Provide support to the business during day to day activities and ad-hoc requests D: Must monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected
Technical Experience : A: Good to have knowledge on Microsoft ADF, Data Bricks PowerBI B: Good technical knowledge in MS SQL Server development including SSIS, SSRS C: Experience in SQL Server DTS and SSIS Integration Service package design, constructing, and deployment D: Experience in creating indexed views, complex stored procedures, effective triggers, and useful functions to facilitate efficient data manipulation and consistent data storage E: ETL implementation using SQL Server Integration Services SSIS
Professional Attributes : Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management, and customers. Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group presentation situations
