Job Description
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining MicroStrategy applications and reports to support business intelligence needs, propose best practices and Architecture level changes to improve and enhance performance.
• Strong MSTR Architect with proven skills like:
• Ability to Design and develop and support schema objects, build grids, graphs, reports, documents, and dashboards.
• Experience in creating and integrating MicroStrategy Reports, Dynamic Dashboards, Dossier, and objects with the data warehouse. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in reports.
• Ability to automate reports and dashboards, and support MSTR cloud migration.
• Create and execute test plans and test scripts for unit and system testing of MicroStrategy objects.
• Deliver required documentation for build, and support responsibilities, architecture and data flow diagrams. Develop and maintain project documentation and training materials.
• Perform data analysis and make recommendations for improvements to reporting solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills :
• Bachelor"s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in MicroStrategy development, including report development, data modeling, and schema design.
• Strong experience with MicroStrategy v10.x or later.
• Excellent understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skill
