Role: MicroStrategy Lead & Developer
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune
Job description:
• Responsible for overall MicroStrategy architecture design and standard.
• Guide onshore and offshore MicroStrategy Developers to ensure standards are met.
• Evaluate new Business Intelligence technologies, features, and products.
• Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks.
• Create/Update MicroStrategy schemas as per the requirements.
• Create/Update reports, dynamic dashboards as per the requirements.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions.
• SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed.
• Good knowledge in Agile & Project management tools like Jira / Rally.
Additional responsibility for Lead role:
• Extensive experience developing reports, dashboards, and cubes in Microstrategy, with min 8+ years of Industry experience in MSTR.
• Advanced SQL coding skills.
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Hands on development in BI reporting and Performance tuning.
