What You Will Do:
Provide sound legal advice to clients, ensuring they receive expert guidance throughout the litigation process.
Supervise and mentor junior associates, fostering a collaborative team environment and helping them grow professionally.
Collaborate with experts to build strong cases and develop strategies that drive success.
Assist in fact development and conduct depositions, ensuring thorough preparation and presentation of evidence.
Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda with precision, meeting tight deadlines.
Contribute to the development of case strategy, leveraging insights from experience and research to inform decision-making.
Maintain high standards of quality in legal work and deliverables, upholding our firm's reputation for excellence.
Requirements:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
Admitted to practice in Washington state.
A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.
A background in science is required, with experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation preferred.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is highly desirable.
