🎯 Who We Are Looking For
• Experience: 3–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Practice Focus: Proven track record in consumer class actions, business litigation, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Litigation Skills: Comfortable managing cases from inception, drafting contested motions (MSJs, Class Cert), taking/defending depositions, and oral advocacy in court.
• Credentials: JD from a top law school and active member of the California State Bar.
💼 What You Will Do
• Manage high-stakes commercial cases and develop winning strategies.
• Work closely with partners who prioritize your training and path to partnership.
• Collaborate across offices (SF, Seattle, NYC) while staying rooted in the Los Angeles office (3 days/week on-site).
💰 Compensation & Career Growth
• Base Salary: $255,000 – $330,000 USD (commensurate with JD year).
• Bonus Structure: Eligibility starts at 1,850 qualifying hours with clear, incremental increases.
