• Role Overview:
As a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, you will report directly to Beroe's Head of Brand & Design. This position involves collaborative efforts with Senior Designers, Website Developers, and Content Marketers across the company to enhance our organizational design output. You will be pivotal in promoting Beroe’s brand and product by developing innovative design solutions that encapsulate our marketing and strategic initiatives.
- What You’ll Do:
- Conceptualize, develop, and produce cutting-edge designs and art directions that engage Beroe’s target audience.
- Collaborate with global teams in Asia, the EU, the US, and the UK to create impactful design concepts aligned with marketing objectives, bringing them to life across various platforms.
- Create and execute design concepts for a wide range of media, including digital advertising, videos, animations, infographics, and corporate collaterals.
- Maintain and drive consistency within our global brand identity, collaborating with our worldwide design teams.

- Who You Are:
- A multi-disciplinary, strategic, and hands-on designer capable of developing creative concepts and translating them into visually compelling formats.
- A continuous learner, keen on exploring new mediums and platforms to produce engaging creative outputs.
- Experienced in creating, evangelizing, and adapting brand style systems and usage guidelines across teams.
- Skilled in video production, editing, and motion graphics, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and MS Office. Additional programs are a plus.
- A self-motivated, inclusive team player who has worked with global teams.
- A fast mover and iterator with meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Beroe's brand's strategic development and alignment, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Manage design projects from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet departmental objectives and enhance employer branding.
- Played a role in developing a design system for Figma and demonstrated unparalleled expertise.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative design and technology into Beroe’s brand strategy.
- Qualifications:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a robust portfolio showcasing high-end design skills across various formats.
- Demonstrated ability in managing design projects and brand management initiatives.
- Mastery of digital marketing, with a solid foundation in project management, emphasizing creativity and innovation in design thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and adept time management.
