You'll be our visual storytelling genius, helping us dominate YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat with designs that make learning with AI tutors absolutely irresistible!
Key Responsibilities
Visual Content Creation:
• Design absolutely stunning graphics for YouTube thumbnails, Instagram posts, Stories, and Snapchat content that make people stop mid-scroll
• Create eye-catching educational infographics that transform complex qualification journeys (iGCSEs, A-Levels, professional certifications) into visually digestible content
• Develop brand-consistent visual assets that appeal to both international students and corporate training teams
• Design compelling marketing materials showcasing Zavmo.ai's hyper-personalised AI tutors
• Create visual content that makes exam preparation and professional development look exciting and achievable
Brand & Digital Design:
• Maintain and evolve Zavmo.ai's visual brand identity across all digital platforms
• Design social media templates, presentation decks, and marketing collateral
• Create illustrations and icons that explain AI personalisation concepts visually
• Develop visual campaigns for different qualification pathways and target audiences
• Ensure consistent visual storytelling across all touchpoints
Collaborative Design Work:
• Work closely in our Bengaluru office with video editors, content managers, and marketing teams
• Participate in high-energy creative brainstorming sessions
• Collaborate face-to-face with our talented team to create cohesive visual campaigns
• Support product design needs for our AI tutor platform interface
• Be part of our vibrant office culture where creativity flows freely
Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
• Maintain organised design asset libraries and brand guidelines
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers when required
• Stay ahead of design trends relevant to education and social media
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in digital/social media
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong skills in Figma or Sketch for digital design
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) is a huge plus
• Understanding of social media platform specifications and best practices
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
Creative & Strategic Skills:
• OBSESSED with visual trends, especially on Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat
• Ability to create designs that appeal to both Gen Z students and corporate professionals
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency
• Experience designing educational or explainer content
• Eye for creating thumb-stopping social media graphics
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging visuals
Professional Attributes:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse design styles and social media expertise
