Job Description
• Cash flow forecasting to project future cash requirements and avoid crisis of liquidity.
• Monitoring working capital levels and trends.
• Managing fund raising activities (mainly bank borrowings) to ensure fund availability for business operations.
• Timely Fund disbursement to business units.
• Financial risk management in compliance with the company's risk policies.
• Ensuring timely repayments to the banks and maintaining a clean CIR grade in CIBIL reports.
• Record keeping:
maintain ******** documents of company's tangible and intangible assets and proof documents to obtain bank loans.
• Financing activities including
• Debt instrument management to reduce cast of borrowings
• Equity instrument management to maximize ROI.
• Retained earnings management for company's growth requirements.
• Investment activities including trading on derivatives, long term and short term investments and portfolio management to maximise ROA.
• Ensuring compliance with law, guidelines from relevant regulatory bodies and company policies.
• Coordination with external agencies.
• Respond to information requests pertaining to credit rating agencies, banks, regulatory bodies and other business units
