Our client is seeking a Project Manager who can manage and coordinate various AI initiatives to implement throughout various business areas.
• Responsible for several aspects of IT project for assigned application initiatives: scope, schedule, risks, issue, change and communications management
• Will be coordinating with various business units (marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, etc) on how they are planning to leverage their AI solutions.
• Will work with internal IT on the business need to offer advice
• Will create dashboards that IT and business leadership will utilize for reporting, tracking and updates on AI.
• Project Management/Coordination: Help plan and track project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, business and leadership.
• Track Progress: Maintain project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to track and report project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Support Agile Practices: Assist in maintaining the Scrum board and sprint backlog, ensuring that all tasks are properly organized and prioritized.
• Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks and work with the team to develop solutions to mitigate risks.
• Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of project requirements, meeting notes, and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospectives to contribute ideas for improving team processes and project outcomes.
Presentation skills in front of executives, business and IT leadership.
Required Skills And Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, SaFe
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications / Skills
• BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience working within the project management space
• Strong functional and technical knowledge / understanding of Application development process
• Extensive experience and good understanding of IT program management principles, techniques and release management processes
• Proven ability to collaborate and lead global large cross-functional business and IT teams for requirements, design, development, testing and deployment
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
• Strong experience or expertise in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, SAFe.
• Strong customer relationship, influencing, facilitation, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrates knowledge and use of PMI PMBOK language and concepts.
• Advanced skills in PC based documentation tools including, MS Office, Projects and sharepoint
• Highly experience in effectively managing projects/ programs in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
• Ability to create and maintain program dashboards for providing the overall program status
• Ability to collaborate effectively with proven interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication, change management and strong organization skills

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
