YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Executive you will drive growth across the Federal government segment.
Working closely with Portfolio Client Executives and the Mid-Market Sales Leader, you’ll play a pivotal part in expanding Thales’ presence within the enterprise and government sectors while receiving ongoing mentorship and professional development.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of federal government accounts, driving revenue end-to-end.
Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across your assigned portfolio.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate across marketing, pre-sales, bid, and delivery teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Provide accurate forecasting, maintain CRM discipline, and manage procurement and legal processes.
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated success in Federal or mid-market sales, ideally within cybersecurity or IT services.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity offerings, from consulting and integration to managed services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build executive relationships.
Proficiency with CRM and forecasting tools; strong commercial acumen.
Australian citizenship with eligibility for security clearance.
