About the Role
As a Mid-Level AI Engineer, you'll play a critical role in building the infrastructure and interfaces that connect our AI systems to real-world clinical environments. You'll work on end-to-end solutions that include API development, workflow automation, and front-end integration — enabling voice-driven tools to work intuitively and securely for clinicians.
This role bridges AI systems with production-ready features and automation, ensuring smooth deployment and usability across healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and Building APIs: Connect voice recognition and NLP models to front-end applications and EHR systems.
Automated Workflows: Trigger clinical actions, document events, or surface relevant insights based on AI outputs.
Front-End Components: Allow users to interact with AI outputs in real time.
Healthcare System Integration: Use FHIR, HL7, or custom interfaces to integrate with healthcare systems (EHRs, third-party platforms).
Collaboration: Work closely with AI, product, and clinical teams to define practical use cases and implement scalable solutions.
Performance and Security: Ensure performance, reliability, and security of workflows in HIPAA-compliant environments.
