About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-weight Communication Designer with strong foundations in visual communication, grid systems, typography, and strategic thinking .
This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond execution-only work and can now think conceptually, structure information, and translate strategy into visual systems . You will work closely with the Founder, strategists, and senior designers on branding, communication, and campaign-led projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Communication Design and Visual Systems
• Translate brand strategy and narratives into clear, structured visual communication.
• Apply strong grid systems, hierarchy, and typography across all deliverables.
• Maintain visual consistency across brand touchpoints.
2. Design Execution
• Design high-quality assets including brand identity applications, pitch decks, social media creatives, print collateral, brochures, and basic motion assets.
• Iterate designs based on feedback while maintaining craft and clarity.
3. Strategic Thinking
• Contribute to moodboards, visual explorations, and early-stage concept development.
• Demonstrate the ability to explain and justify design decisions with intent and logic.
4. Collaboration
• Work closely with strategists, copywriters, and senior designers to deliver cohesive outputs.
• Support pitches and client presentations with well-structured visual narratives.
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in a branding studio, creative agency, or strong in-house design team
• .Strong portfolio showcasing communication design, brand systems, layout, and typography
• .Experience working across multiple formats including digital, print, and presentations
• .Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• .Figma, After Effects, or motion basics are a plus
• .Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and take ownership of design quality
