WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re on the lookout for a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our team—a creative thinker with a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to execute bold, brand-aligned campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Develop innovative and engaging graphic design concepts that align with the DECJUBA brand
• Execute creative campaigns across all customer touchpoints, including product packaging, swing tags, in-store signage, website, email, social media, and events
• Ensure all design work is on-brand, consistent, and meets the DECJUBA Style Guide
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with internal teams, including brand marketing, content, digital, social media, and art direction, to bring campaigns to life
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive fresh, creative ideas
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all assets are polished and ready for market
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• 3+ years’ experience in graphic or digital design
• A strong understanding of branding and a passion for fashion marketing
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• A creative and innovative mindset that pushes boundaries while staying true to the brand
• Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experience with web design software such as Figma
• A proactive, solution-focused approach—agility and adaptability are key
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders
