Introduction: PDS Client Service Interaction group support 24 hours sun model to the prime clients. The team is responsible to manage day-to-day operations and manage the client service management on their issues and concerns. What will you be doing? â¢Â   Respond to client queries and act as a key point of contact for clients â¢Â   Assist with the integration and on boarding of new clients onto the FXPB platform, including testing trade flows and client account mappings â¢Â   Partake in client solutions from existing clients to new clients â¢Â   Responsible for performing control and risk mitigating activities on a daily basis â¢Â   Identify and escalate controls gaps, be proactive in resolution and adhere to key risks and controls â¢Â   Ensure all trades are properly processed through the firmâs in house trading systems â¢Â   Work effectively with other functional areas within and outside of ADS What weâre looking for: â¢Â   Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage lifecycle â¢Â   Client Service Experience â¢Â   Excellent verbal and written communication skills â¢Â   Ability to prioritise, be flexible and respond to rapidly changing environments. Skills that will help you in the role: â¢Â   Overseeing daily trade processing across all prime brokerage customer accounts and ensure all trades are properly captured by firms in- house systems â¢Â   Identifying inter/intra system exceptions stemming from breakdowns in trade lifecycle processing & Investigating root cause of issues and determining strategic solutions â¢Â   Tracking of all unsettled trades for client executions done with other Broker Dealers and execution venues, mitigating operational risk â¢Â   Multi-tasking requests from several clients while providing superior client service Where will you be working?
