Introduction:
PDS Client Service Interaction group support 24 hours sun model to the prime clients. The team is responsible to manage day-to-day operations and manage the client service management on their issues and concerns.
What will you be doing?
• Respond to client queries and act as a key point of contact for clients
• Assist with the integration and on boarding of new clients onto the FXPB platform, including testing trade flows and client account mappings
• Partake in client solutions from existing clients to new clients
• Responsible for performing control and risk mitigating activities on a daily basis
• Identify and escalate controls gaps, be proactive in resolution and adhere to key risks and controls
• Ensure all trades are properly processed through the firm’s in house trading systems
• Work effectively with other functional areas within and outside of ADS
What we’re looking for:
• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage lifecycle
• Client Service Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise, be flexible and respond to rapidly changing environments.
