We are a growing, progressive school searching for passionate EDUCATORS. Our core values are respect, differentiation, and whole-child development, and we’re looking for teachers who want to be part of something truly meaningful.
Someone who sees teaching as a calling, not just a job.
A passionate, flexible, and innovative educator who is always prepared for class!
Someone who builds strong connections with students and creates a classroom culture of critical thinking, curiosity, and joy.
A teacher who embraces differentiated instruction and can adapt to support students with diverse learning styles and needs—including those with ASD, dyslexia, ADHD, and other exceptionalities (training provided)
Someone who is open to professional growth—new(er) teachers are encouraged to apply, however, strong classroom management skills are essential.
Your Role:
Curriculum Development -In conjunction with administration, develop and implement a math curriculum with hands-on opportunities and project-based learning built into our custom curriculum
Lead math instruction using a flexible, small-group approach. You'll give daily lessons and then have dedicated time to reteach, support, or extend learning with individuals or smaller groups based on where students are each day
Differentiate meaningfully because students are encouraged to move at their own pace, and you’ll have the freedom to push those who are ready for more while supporting those who need more time or reinforcement
Work with our team to create school-wide initiatives and implement our life skills program for students, as well as align our math curriculum to integrate other subjects.
Teach electives - As this is a micro school, teachers are asked to facilitate other classes, such as art, finance or other electives and to assist in daily operations, such as keeping hallways clear and monitoring lunch and recess
Help foster a learning environment where student ownership, critical thinking, and individual progress are central to everything we do.

Our small community of 30–40 students allows teachers to meaningfully influence the culture and direction of our program.
