Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in lesson planning and curriculum development under the guidance of experienced teachers.
• Support classroom instruction by providing one-on-one support to students and facilitating group activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Help to assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers to aid in student development.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events to build relationships with students and families.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive school culture that fosters academic growth and personal development.

About Company: Bright Futures (BF) is a vibrant community project for the children of the Ghazipur slum. There is the conventional slum. And a concrete slum above the dairies where the bright and beautiful children live. The children are often left to their own devices, dealing with neglect, heat, and poverty. Often fathers are alcoholics, mothers work long hours. And yet the children play, smile, and most of all really really want to learn.
Our Mantras Are Bringing Them Joy And Happiness
• Through celebrations and activities like art and crafts, indoor games, picnics, movies, etc.
• Building self-confidence and self-esteem through sports like football, swimming, and dance classes.
• Widening their horizons, through field trips in all manner of directions. Like art exhibitions, book launches, networking events, theatres, bookshops, cafes, etc.
• Enabling through education. Providing informal classes, supporting in exams, computer, and digital skills. Providing devices, books, etc.
