Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized student support plans
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor student progress and adjust tutoring strategies
• Manage student behavior in tutorial groups and maintain a supportive learning environment
Requirements
• Relevant teaching or tutoring experience in Reading or Math (General and/or Bilingual ESL)
• Alabama teacher certificate preferred (Bilingual/ESL a plus)
• Proven ability to positively impact student academic outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel in Birmingham and surrounding areas
