As an educational consulting firm, we provide school districts with research-based services that enhance teacher effectiveness and student achievement. Our team comprises content experts who create flexible tutoring programs that cater to the needs of talented teachers and tutors.

Job Type

This is a contract position offering competitive compensation (approximately $28 per hour) and flexible scheduling options. We value expertise and dedication, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced tutors.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized student support plans
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor student progress and adjust tutoring strategies
• Manage student behavior in tutorial groups and maintain a supportive learning environment

Requirements
• Relevant teaching or tutoring experience in Reading or Math (General and/or Bilingual ESL)
• Alabama teacher certificate preferred (Bilingual/ESL a plus)
• Proven ability to positively impact student academic outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel in Birmingham and surrounding areas
