Middleware Administrator (L2)
2 Required Technical Skill Set Gemfire, Liferay , AMQ , CA Autosys, Alation , Qlik Sense and Redhat Linux
3 Desired Experience Range 3 to 5 years
4 Location of Requirement Primary - Navi Mumbai (Belapur) Secondary Hyderabad
5 Qualification Bachelor’s degree in engineering / computer science or a related field.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Install, Configure, Manage, Support, and Maintain Gemfire, Liferay, AMQ, CA Autosys, Alation and Qlik Sense environments
2 Monitoring System Performance and troubleshooting issues
3 Perform routine maintenance tasks including deployments, patching, upgrades and backups
4 Ensure High availability and redundancy of the middleware systems
5 Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to the middleware components
6 Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and address root cause of issues.
7 Monitor and analyze middleware performance metrics
8 Identify opportunities for optimization and implement best practice to improve system performance
+ Tune middleware configurations to enhance performance and resource utilization
10 Implement and maintain security measures to protect middleware systems from vulnerabilities and threats
11 Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations
12 Create and maintain detailed documentation for middleware environments, procedures and troubleshooting steps
13 Contribute to knowledge base articles and best practice
SN Requirement and skills
1 Understand Application & Business Requirements
2 3+ years of hands-on experience with Middleware like Gemfire, Liferay, AMQ, CA Autosys , Alation and Qlik Sense.
3 Strong understanding of middleware concepts, architecture, and best practices
4 Certifications in Gemfire, Liferay, AMQ or related technologies
5 Hands-on experience with Gemfire (Installation, configuration, caching)
6 Hands-on experience with Liferay (Portal administration, plugin development)
7 Hands-on experience with AMQ (messaging, queue management)
8 Hands-on experience with CA Autosys (job scheduling, workflow management)
+ Hands-on experience with Alation (data catalog administration)
10 Hands-on experience with Qlik sense (BI reporting, data visualization)
11 Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux / Windows)
12 experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python. Shell)
13 Certifications in Gemfire, Liferay, AMQ or related technologies
14 Experience with Data Integration and analytics tools
15 Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker)
16 Demonstrable experience responding to end user helpdesk tickets with excellent customer service.
17 Understand how to follow good ITIL service management practices.
18 Excellent problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills
1+ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
20 Proactive and adaptable with a continuous learning mindset
21 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
22 Disaster Recovery (DR) - Planning, Implementation, Testing and Execution
