The job includes working with various technology teams, developers, vendors, and management of new hardware and operating systems infrastructure. The Engineer will be responsible for administration, installation, configuration of multiple Identity & Access Management products, including Apache, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere/Oracle Weblogic /Tomcat/JBoss Application Servers, IBM WebSphere Process server, IBM WebSphere commerce server, IBM/Orache, IPlanet, SunOne HTTP server, TC server,F5.
Technical Expertise required:
• PRIMARY Skill: Web Administration
• Secondary Skill: IBM/Oracle, Sun, IPlanet/TC server products.
• Must have working experience on Enterprises with huge Web Infra Structure efficiently
• Must have extensive hands-on Java/J2EE development and good Web Admin experience.
• Must have extensive knowledge in Weblogic ,Websphere, Tomcat and JBOSS Application Server on administering, clustering, application deployment, JMS and Security concepts.
• Must have knowledge on Iplanet, Apache, Sunone, Oracle and Tomcat webservers.
• Must have good hands on experience working with different OS including Sun Solaris, Linux, Windows, HP Unix and AIX.
• Must have working experience in competing Identity Management products is a plus. Single Sign-On architecture experience with products such as IBM/Oracle, Sun, IPlanet/TC server is a plus.
• Experience developing complex multi-dimensional enterprise architectures and ability to understand and design solutions that consider integration of heterogeneous environments and systems is essential.
• Must have working exposure in ITIL model of service support and primarily into Problem Management and Incident Management.
Experience and Key Responsibilities:
• Primary Skill: Web Administration
• Secondary Skill: IBM/Oracle, Sun, IPlanet/TC server products.
• Need to be Responsible for installing, configuring, deploying and upgrading Enterprise Web Apps.
• Need to Deploy and troubleshoot JAR, WAR, and EAR files in domain and in clustered environments.
• Need to Validate test, monitor, Application maintenance and tune performance of JVM’s.
• Need to Analyze Log Files, Thread Dumps, JVM Dumps, Exceptions.
• Need to be responsible for Monitoring and performance tuning of JVM’s.
• Need to Involve in troubleshooting, debugging, providing workaround & to report issues.
• Need to work closely with application teams to design and implement coarse- and fine-grain applications on a Java platform.
• Need to Involve in migration and also in decommission of middleware servers.
• Need to Generate SSL keys and to do cert renewals.
• Need to do know JMS Configurations– JMS Server, Connection Factory, Foreign JMS server.
• Need to Co-ordinate COB/DR activities for all regions.
• Need to Interact with client on reports, escalated issues, SDR, touchpoint calls etc.
• Need to be Good in problem analyzing and solving.
Other Mandatory Requirement:
• Should be ready to work in any shift including Night shift
• Should be ready to work during weekend (SAT and SUN)
• Should be a good team player
• Capable of handling escalation independently
