• Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Middleweight Graphic Designer with expertise in graphic design, video editing, social media, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bringing our brand to life, developing a visual narrative that shapes the identity of Harrison Products Co and enhances our brand's presence across all channels and touch points.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role with a focus on retail, grocery, design, and/or print clients and can quickly get to grips with brand aesthetics and taste levels. Your opinions will be valued and listened to, and you'll be encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions to projects on a regular basis.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects through the entire concept, design, development, and execution process ensuring they meet time and budget requirements.
• Establish visual tonality through image curation and art direction.
• Design digital and print assets including social media reels, email marketing, email banners, landing pages, presentation decks, product catalogues, signage, and posters.
• Develop graphics for marketing collateral, packaging, website, and social media.
• Maintain brand consistency and evolve design practices.
• Regularly post across multiple brand social accounts and manage influencer partnerships.
• Identify social trends and create relevant content.
• Plan and design engaging email campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team on product imagery and video.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead for consistent messaging.
• Requirements:
• Expert in typography, colour theory, layout design, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Strong video production and editing skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategy and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Someone with professional integrity that can inject fresh, creative ideas to meet objectives and bring energy.
