Job Description
Minimum 3+ years’ experience on GraphQL
Primary skill is GraphQL/Apollo Server. This is going to be absolutely key. Any secondary would be general Azure/Databricks and then any understanding of cognitive search would be helpful.
Perform in-depth research and identify sources of production issues surrounding the application
Work closely with business in managing day to day issues, resolve user queries
Provide off hours support as needed for maintenance
Perform daily health checks of the application, job schedules and infrastructure supporting the application
Strong team player within a global organization
Good knowledge of customer service-oriented working in a global environment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
Candidate should be willing to work in shift 12:30 PM to +:30 PM
