Our Chicago-based mid-sized law firm, with under 175 attorneys, is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling. Ideal candidates will have experience dealing with:
• Discrimination
• Restrictive covenants
• Breach of contract or fiduciary duty
• Harassment and retaliation
• Wage and hour/overtime matters
• Noncompete agreements
• WARN Act
• ADA and ADEA matters
The successful attorney will have the capability to second-chair or first-chair litigation cases or contract negotiations. Experience in traditional labor is considered a plus. Our Labor & Employment group is recognized in the first tier of labor management practices in Chicago, offering a great opportunity to be part of a smaller, close-knit, and growing labor and employment law practice group with fewer than 20 attorneys.
